Self Taught, born 1989. Began art practice in 2019 after birth of son. I’ve participated in a few exhibitions , locally and internationally. As well as have collectors all over the world. Living and working in North Carolina.
Artist Statement
“The Heart of Roots” is about the village and community fostering life. “The healers and caretakers of the land”. This piece was created layer by layer figure by figure overlapping and coming together as one. Seamlessly bordering the mental aspects of mothering.
